Your Tour Guides for the 2023 Food & Wine Experience.
Doris Fortino & Doug Haynes
After purchasing our 350-year-old Olive Mill “il Mulino Torrigiani” in 1999, we moved to the Lucca area in Tuscany in 2001 and started our Italian Tour business in 2004. We have traveled extensively in Italy, and are familiar with regional cuisine, customs, and the Italian language.
One of our favorite stops in Chianti over the years introduced us to Gino Rosi who was the resident Tour Guide & Sommelier of a popular vineyard in Chianti. After a 15 year employment, he has developed a private Guiding business specializing in the Chianti region and its fine wines & cuisine.
